Why the Broccoli?

Broccoli are rich in vitamins and minerals and therefore are a great source of support and nutrition. However, my obsession with this veggie is more related with how much I LOVE it's flavour, even if it smells like farts when cooked. But that is a bit like life itself, bittersweet, composed of beautiful islands of meaning floating in a not so pleaseant pool of truths and certainties. But we keep floating, dreaming and growing!

Above all, I love broccoli's shape and it is a truth universally known by my friends that if I ever get married, my bouquet will be made of broccoli, so it seems that for me these veggies represent unconditional love!
